Some argue that we should believe only what we can know through reason alone.  However, unless we live also by faith, we will end up chasing only earthly things, which are finite, temporal, and, ultimately, corruptible.  It is only through faith that we know what is true and truly good.  (this is about tension between reason and faith. You can agree that you need faith to not be obsessed with distraction, or you can be a good person without faith. You have to use atleast 4 different texts to support your response.
