CIA study shows many Africa countries were attaining record development in 1950s, however, approximately 20 million people from Africa died because of hunger, warfare and diseases. Africa leaders were perceived as dangerous to national security leading to the war against the governments. In 1960 Presidential Debate about [Author] Foreign Policy, the [Author] talked about wanting to help Africa out of concern and at the same time, the Eisenhower Administration consented to the killing of Patrice Lumumba. In order to eliminate him, they fabricated lies that incriminated the president and in 1961, Lumumba was persecuted, hit and burned with sulphuric acid. During civil wars in Liberia, Dr. Lincoln Brownell reveals losing his parents and family members. The west divided Africa through language, caused destruction and at the end colonized it, burned it during cold war. Unites States perceived Africa people as inferior to them causing the rise of racism. Racism against Africa people involved the assumption that America was superior and has the authority to rule over them. Coups that happen in Africa, the fire arms and trucks were provided by America. According to Rodger Morris, Nixon administration considered his black clients as savages, Africa women were described as living in trees accompanied with spears. President Nixon also prejudiced against black Africans as less capable as compared to Black Americans. The NSSM 200 policy describes overpopulation as a risk to the national security. President Nixon mandated this policy to be implemented in July, 1974. [Author] was trying to address economic apartheid where this policy connected food and foreign assistance to the population control. As for abortion, the policy states that no specific population can be decreased without the use of abortion. Children from Somalia were promised hope and a chance to live while the [Author] government referred to Africa kids as little black bastards and abortion laws were targeting them. Europe World first death camp is where Africa people were killed by the German army. The European scientists, writers and philosophers formulated plans to account for the mass killings. 19th century marked the end of horrific crimes that began in 1830s in the well known plantations of Caribbean.
