Abstract
Government content Discussion on Political Parties Political parties act as electors weighing the scale on politicians in each election. They are essential tools in each democracy that allow citizens to choose an ideal system of governance. Political parties bring together people with the same political ideas. they contain political ideologies that institute their governance in a democracy. Political parties try as much as possible to get many members in representative bodies such as parliaments, the senate, or municipal councils. The most valuable contribution of political parties in society is a representation of the people's interests. Citizens link themselves to various political parties with the same interests they purport. Citizen engagement in political parties is very important. They can get numerous benefits, such as influencing the making of policies, choosing and engaging with political leaders, and running for office. For instance, the most prominent political parties in the United States include the Republicans and the Democrats. These political parties have contrasting interests in gun control, abortion, same-sex marriage, military spending, immigration, health care policy, and stance on taxes. This makes them distinct, and people can associate with political parties based on these interests. Political parties least prioritize bringing political division based on race, nationality, and religion. The core value of political parties is to promote inclusivity, where all groups in a country get a fair representation. In the United States, the concept of race is not new due to the presence of large ethnic groups. No political party has distinguished itself from belonging to a particular race. Political parties bring together people from different communities and religions that share the same interests to enhance inclusivity.
