The burden of discrimination of the ethnical minorities is alarming in the United States and the goal is to eliminate health disparities and bureaucratic barriers that have contributed to disparities in health facilities. The designed program is attributed to creating an amicable living environment for all Americans whichever the ethnical group they belong to. The most viable program evaluation plan is outcomes. Outcome evaluations assess effectiveness the impact of a designed project (Fridrich et al., 2015). It is a powerful tool in ascertaining resource allocation, examine areas that need improvement, providing accountability through evidenced based information, and providing a platform of earning and sharing on what interventions are viable and unsuitable in the implementation of the project. Eliminating ethnical disparities requires resources and proper decision-making which outcome evaluations offer. Data In the context of ethnical minorities, using culturally sensitive data is essential for better outcomes. Both quantitative and qualitative data will be suitable for this program to understand the experiences of minority groups and address the unique challenges that succumb the community. Surveys and baseline data will be important for the viability of the program. Baseline data entails identifying existing mental health disparities among ethnical minorities and formulating targeted interventions. This can be implemented by calculating the seeking help cases and the prevalence of the mental health cases.
