Abstract

[Name] www.nba.com is a sports advertising site that keeps its audience updated on any basketball news. It is an exciting site that details information on NBA season ranging from the current season, competition, or edition in the years of consideration, for instance, 2020-2021. Besides the essential information regarding the anticipated season, the site also offers its audience great information on the origin of the Basket Ball Association, citing its officials as a key to understanding its managerial approaches. Based on the site, it is clear that the National Basketball Association has a long history since its incorporation on June 6th, 1946. It is evident that communicating the message as intended proves a challenge for many. For this reason, this site has identified its target audience, which in this case remains as youths and young adults use a language that can speak more of the reasons to watch or participate in any advertised match. The above image is titled "House drives, throws the hammer down." Based on the title, one can tell that the message is directed to give the target audience a chance to re-think and pay close attention to it before making any judgment on whatever is happening with the players. The image is further followed by a clear highlight upon the audience a few seconds on the NBA site "With...
