Such pastors engage their followers with real-life experiences and biblical stories that connect with the day's reading; some even use songs that rhyme with the script. Such preachers employ an extemporaneous approach that allows them to engage audiences by affirming their responses, making the preaching session lively and educative. The same case goes for teaching as manuscript teachers seem to lose focus on their topic, forcing them to repeat, omit and even become stranded during their presentation. Such an approach bores the learners making much drift away during such sessions or even expressing burnout in extreme cases.
