Abstract
Initial post on Personality traits and Dimension The survey on the Five Big Tests aligned with my personality and I consider it accurate and a true reflection of who I am. The BIF framework measures the dimensions of the Big Five personality test and the results took this dimension: Agreeableness (High)- I enjoy seeing people happy, empathizing with them, and assisting them when in help. Extraversion (High)- I enjoy meeting new people, having a wide circle, and starting new conversations. Conscientiousness (low)- I think I am messy with my stuff and often forget to put things in order. Neuroticism(medium)- I think I am emotionally stable and a bit relaxed in dealing with issues. I feel sad and depressed sometimes but I have a way to cope with my stresses. Openness to experience(low)- this personality dimension reflects my low interest in dealing with abstract ideas, new things, and resistance to change. The Big Five personality dimensions describe various careers from being a social worker, computer engineer, tutor, accountant, doctor, and banker. The suggested careers that influence my personality dimensions are being a social worker or an art teacher. I am an outgoing personality and I enjoy being in large spaces where I can interact with people, make them happy, and serve them with enthusiasm. Employers may use the Big Five Inventory (BFI) model to assign jobs and roles to the candidates depending on their personality traits. The model helps them identify an ideal candidate and make informed decisions in the strategic workforce planning process. It also helps employees in enhancing team building, collaboration, and coordination in the workplace by identifying fit candidates for available positions.
