Abstract
[Name] Introduction Humans and wild animals experience many challenges for survival due to climate change. Intense and more frequent storms, droughts, rising sea levels and melting glaciers will directly harm animals and destroy their habitats. To reduce negative consequences of climate change we need to reduce global emission of carbon into the atmosphere. Global warming has a great effect on climate change. Understanding it has is the only way to find solution. Use of fossil fuels is the major cause of global warming which are a result of human activity and produce large quantities of greenhouse gases. II First argument Topic Sentence: The major cause of global warming is the massive use of fossil fuels (coal, gas, oil) which are a result of human activity and produce large quantities of greenhouse gases. Fossil fuels are petroleum, natural gas, hard coal, and uranium. They are non-renewable energies on a human time scale and they are polluting when they are used as fuel and whose current overconsumption empties the world reserves, this is why that one day, there will not exist anymore this type of energy. Too much use of fossil fuels, such as coal and oil, produces far too much gas (Lonngren & Bai, 2008). . II Second argument Topic Sentence: The greenhouse effect is a natural process of warming the atmosphere. It is caused by greenhouse gases (GHG) contained in the atmosphere, which is mainly created by water vapor, carbon dioxide and methane The greenhouse effect makes it possible to have a temperature of around on Earth. The combustion of fossil fuels releases very large quantities of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. Only half of the carbon dioxide is renewed in oxygen by nature, and the other half remains blocked in the atmosphere, which increases the greenhouse effect and which...
