Abstract
Death Analysis: Why People Fear Death Introduction Humans hate or ignore any death-related talk. It is an approach that worsens the levels of fearing this enemy human defines as death. However, with proper formal and informal education on the topic, humans can understand that, just like life, death is natural and a reality that no one can control. Through proper education about death from a tender age, humans will be able to overcome death-related experiences by fostering a positive attitude towards the topic. Why do humans fear death? Avoidance and ignorance of the topic serve as the primary reason that foster distraught throughout humans' life as they try to escape the reality of death which offer a strong base of analysis within this essay. Through proper engagement with the topic, humans will understand that life is pleasant while death is very peaceful: only that the transition proves troublesome. According to Corr, Corr, and Doka (2018), implementing programs supporting death-related topics within education institutions is essential. It is through the implementation of formal and informal education about death that will enhance understanding and appreciation of life and the living. Since most people view death as cruel as it snatches peoples a chance to live and make many lose to the unknown world, enlightening people about death will enhance a change of attitude towards death and life altogether. Through learning about death, humans will be able to cope with the experiences of losing a life, the need to value life through sharing parts of the dying to save a life, and the need to grieve and embrace life once again after encountering death experiences. Fear of death comes along with choosing to be silent about the topic even when the near-death situation is on humans doors. In a story to meet the guru Corr, Corr, and Doka (2018), the narrator highlights the avoidance of death topic in three instances.
