The duty holders and their roles include; Employers- consultation with workers to identify, access risks, decision-making on risk management, and make decisions on procedures on health ad safety issues. Company directors determine and implement policies, decision making, calling for meetings and AGMs, documentation (statutory documents), and record keeping. Managers and Supervisors- Share information with workers Give workers a chance to share their views and opinions Give workers a chance to contribute to the decision-making process; That worker's views are considered when a decision is being made; and that Workers are provided with feedback on a decision on time. Employees- participate in the consultation process and provide feedback. They are also bound to identify and report risks. WHS representatives and committees- When performing their duties, health and safety representatives are not personally liable for anything done or left out when performing their task and acted in the belief that they performed their tasks as per the Act (Section 66).
