Abstract

[Name] Medical control is an important component of pre-hospital care system as it enhances quality and accountability of medical care provided. It is an approach that provides methods of risk management thus enhancing healthy humans across the board. It is imperative to remain cautious on any health related issue to enhance good health and minimize chances of unnecessary complications or death in severe cases. Mental health, pregnancy and measures are among the most demanding health concerns that many pay little to no attention only to encounter severe complications out of such ignorance’s in the long-run. Stigmatization of mental illness should not be an option regardless of the victim and most importantly among the incarcerated population while vaccination should remain as a potential option for measles to avoid unnecessary health complications. While analyzing “A German answer to the measles epidemic: Fine parents who don’t vaccinate”, Tamkin offer clear insights on the need to enhance medical controls in the fight against measles. Unfortunately, many ignore the relevance of vaccination exposing the victims to adverse effects of measles in the long-run. Based on Spahn, the essence of the bill was not to expose Germans into a huge fine but rather ensure that all children are immunized against measles which is a great medical control that can enhance healthy populace for generations. While the numbers of unvaccinated children and measles cases also registered a rising trend in the United States, Europe, Ukraine, Israel among other parts across the globe, WHO confirmed measles as a growing health threat that demanded prompt address having stood at 300% in 2019. While measles is highly contagious, Tamkin (2019) confirms that it is entirely preventable with vaccination. To this effect, the author argues that most measles cases are an in un-or-under-vaccinated people. Unfortunately, in case of an outbreak and such a population experience untimely response, then the virus could easily find its way into a wider populace making it quite a threat to human health. To this effect, there is the need for vaccination of children against measles as such victims got no control over their health management thus the need for their parents and guardians to remain responsible and experience harsh punishment in case of ignorance. In Fields & Phillips (2013), article “The new asylums: jails swell with mentally ill”, The authors explore medical controls from the mental health perception citing the need for embracing the mentally ill and helping them manage their mental health especially the incarcerated population. Based on the article, mental illness is not news in American jails. Unfortunately, due to poor medical controls, mental illness issue among...
