Amusement parks strive to adjust their pricing policies to fit the competitive industry. The potential of new entrants is low due to the high capital investment and requirements elevating customer bargaining power. Many established amusement parks have already heightened their reputation, which makes customer bargaining power high. Key Success Factors to Achieve a Competitive Advantage One of the key success factors is Product and service differentiation.
