Abstract

Reflection on Nurse Approaches Effective communication is the key to delivering the intended message right (McLean, 2018). The nurse's multiple questions gave room for multiple answers as far as the therapeutic approach is concerned. The nurse confirmed that her home was not therapeutic, which I attribute to a favourable conversing environment that the question and my techniques while communicating with her offered the nurse. The conversation gave a clear insight into the necessities of an official room for therapeutic services compared to the nurse home environment. The fact that therapeutic benefits become directed to offer the recipient a healthy environment to relieve their stress serves as the primary reason why an official healthy environment is essential. Having understood the necessities of effective communication in enhancing the flow of any given conversation, I can confirm that the nurse only needs to practice little listening skills to fully express her competence in ensuring and maintaining flow while conversing with the clients (McLean, 2018).
