The company has a hierarchical management structure that allows the founder and director to make decisions that affect all operations and locations of the business. Three suggestions for sustainability that would be in line with the model of the business concern solar power, food waste management, and recycling. By the installation of solar power systems, the company could transform its energy consumption to net-zero emissions. All its locations are viable for the installation of the systems and the approach would be in line with the sustainable practice goal of the organization. The second suggestion involves conducting a food waste audit to better inform menu practices at the restaurants and reduce food waste. This is the most common type of waste at any restaurant and ends up in landfills leading to environmental risks for the community.
