Executive Summary It is also imperative to note that innovation comes with the introduction of new products in the markets and remains defined by the development of new ideas to address and solve customer issues/problems. To this effect, design thinking will serve as a practical approach to related organizational problems that Easy Chair experiences regarding fears of losing their customers' loyalty. Communication serves as an active approach through which Easy Chair customers will feel and remain engaged and updated on all services and products of Easy Chair. Exceeding expectations play a significant role in ensuring that customers find value for their money upon purchasing a product (Week 5 Reading, 2021). Easy Chair must promise the customers that their products have value additions through creativity and innovations to allow for a lasting relationship with them (Agbor, 2008). Cultivating international customers can add more benefits for Easy Chair since different customers come with other ideas and preferences that enhance the realization of innovative products in this great organization. On another account, since diversified customers differ in languages and culture, the need for a defined cultural intelligence is the key to ensuring every customer feels appreciated and worthwhile engaging with this organization. Customer relationship with Japan and South Korean customers, can be defined through establishment of a 24/7 customer service. Such services will alleviate time zone differences thus appreciated by all customers. Having Customer representative with high cultural intelligence and able to speak the two languages will enhance customer appreciation thus define Easy Chair relationship with the global customers.
