Abstract

Reflection essay At my old age of 95, I can’t help but think about the past that was bittersweet at the same time. I have had a share of my life. The good and bad decisions I made, every experience contributed to changing the course of my life. The most transformative experience is the established multi-million company I own and a beautiful family, my children and grandchildren. When I was 30, I discovered my potential. I was a good farmer. Every time I sow any crop, I was productive and had a good yield. I decided to specialize in wheat. I thrived to the extent that I began Josh & Jim wheat flour manufacturing company. I cherish this asset; my children and grandchildren can enjoy my fruits. My success was overwhelming, and I decided to give back to the community. I started a school for the developmentally disabled called Brook house, which has gained popularity in the country. I have funded charity programs and lobby groups such as recross and black lives matter. I will be remembered for contributing to the community and my love and care for the mentally disabled. I loved to travel and have fun. I have toured and seen the beauty of the world in Africa, and Europe but there is no place like home. I love where I belong, my home country. I was a good hockey player back in high school, and I represented my school on many occasions. I was talented. Despite not reaching university, I educated my six children. I am a proud father with six graduates; a doctor, nurse, nutritionist, lawyer, and replica as a farmer. My parents shared incredible love and hope amid the challenges of poverty and racial discrimination. I still love them to death despite dying decades ago.
