There exist multiple factors which are involved with the use of force by the police, such as training of officers, officer liability in the use of force, justification and the reason for power among the police officers, and changes that may occur as a result of failure to use deadly force (Miethe et al., 2019a). Serious problems arise due to police use of power through law enforcement bodies across the globe. It's the legal right of police in any country to maintain peace and order. However, there exist various issues which arise in their task force. Use of deadly force, corruption, stress, police discretion, professionalization, response to terrorism, and unionization are some common issues that influence police use of force (Serchen et al., 2020). These challenges posed by the police force result in serious complaints among people. These involve various steps which should be achieved during sampling. They include identifying the population and specification of a sampling frame and method. The fourth step consists of determining the sample size, and the last step is implementing the plan (Nakagawa & De Villemereuil, 2019). Random sampling occurs when a researcher ensures an equal chance among the population selected to participate in the research study. Systematic sampling is the method where the sample group is determined according to a random starting from the larger population. Systematic sampling is essential because it helps avoid poor survey results or biased samples. Sampling Probability techniques used for the sampling enabled the researcher to include random, stratified, systematic, and cluster sampling during...
