These results suggest the idea of creating change in police departments into a procedurally competent institution. The works of police involves racism and inequality which makes their process of delivering their services. It is evident that most Americans have lost public trust in policing. Americans expect a policing that is transparent, that represents public trust, and can listen to their voices. They expect a policing that is not biased and heeds to the needs of the community by acting unbiased this involving explaining a situation before action is taken and applying equitable rules. This evidence suggests the need of evidence-based policing which can be achieved through training a procedurally just policing. Las Vegas Police Department proved viable in applying a psychology informed hands policy involving foot chases depicting a drop in the use of police force. Police accountability and openness represents a need of change in the police departments. The police are prone of using force in enhancing compliance to criminal activities which lowers public trust on policing. These results should be considered when ascertaining on what works in reducing police brutality. Most reported cases of police killing are rampant in the United States.
