Abstract

[Name] https://www.plannedparenthood.org/ is a site whose primary aim is to inform its target audience on the benefits of maintaining better health. Better health defines the better life and future of any individual. To this effect, the site advocates for the Planned Parenthood approach, whose history dates back more than a hundred years ago. It is evident that upon the first glance on the site, one can tell that the site promotes commonsense approaches to all genders health and well being. Such an argument remains coined around a phrase that introduces the site's aim as quoted "Your health is your future, no matter whom you are or where you come from. Having carried away the target audience's emotions, it remains evident that the urge to dig deeper and learn more about the site owners' services and products will remain defined. Logo appeal employs logic and facts in expressing the author's potentials in capturing the target audience's undivided attention. Such an approach enhances the delivery of the message/text in the most intended manner possible. Therefore, it is imperative to define the image of the smiling lady seen upon opening the site as clear facts of the benefits associated with better health. A smile signifies happiness, peace of mind and body, joy, among other factors that can be closely associated with good/better health. Such an image on the site proves the sites developers’ ability to employ logos and pathos to advertise the service/products of the Planned Parenthood Association. Logically, the audience will reason and attribute the beauty that the imaged lady has to...
