Socialnomics 2018 The Task: Create a 30 second elevator pitch It has come towards the end of your On-Board Program. You feel that you have the skills to be a good person to handle organizational development in the company and you to be selected for the position. You know that Chinn comes to work everyday at 7:00 AM, you plan to meet him the elevator and pitch your OD skills to him for the position. To do this you will have to figure out your speech and practice it to be convincing in the 30 second elevator ride to Chinn's third floor office. The best way to do this is by creating a video of the pitch and practicing it with your colleagues for suggestions.
