Abstract

Question#1: Summarization of the issue of wearing masks The ongoing Covid 19 pandemic became a global threat in 2020, and each government was trying to deduce means by which they could reduce the spread of the pandemic. The small feud of wearing masks has created controversy regarding civil liberties, personal freedom, and public health. Coronavirus is spread through airborne droplets as we talk, cough or sneeze. The CDC (centres for disease control and prevention) approved masks universally, alluding that it stops the spread of the pandemic, terming cloth masks as the most potent weapons in curbing the pandemic. The issue of wearing mass surged a debate in the United States with mixed political and cultural affiliations. President Trump dismissed the use of masks and continued to appear in public without a face mask which stirred confusion and mixed reactions. It became a political conflict with Democrats advocating wearing masks, and the Republicans seemed not to give a damn. Many people emulate president Trump alluding that one cannot run away from the virus and it is a test for submission from those in power. Some argue that it deprives them of their freedom. Confrontations about wearing masks became a norm, with some refusing to put them on. It came with the analogy that the virus is not actual and it's a free world; no one should be dictating anyone. Some allude that wearing mass is too much, primarily if they practice social distance. Other people became violent and fraudulent when asked to put on masks in their line of duty, making them frown and throw vulgar words. Various states continue to neglect the issue of masks despite the rising cases of Covid 19. It is evident by the protests and banners Americans held n public to dispute the mandatory wearing of masks. Health experts have approved that wearing masks...
