With good management great teamwork is realized within an organization which further enhance its success at current and in future. Since employee performance serves as a potential determinant of the realization of the set organizational goals, high employee morale proves to be another potential element that defines a successful organization in a great way. understanding risks, adapting to opportunities/changes and abilities to offer training opportunities and handle poor performances also proves to be potential elements that defines a successful organization and its potentials to succeed further in future. Such elements prove essential for VMI which can be further boosted through advanced technology. With advanced technology, VMI can enjoy the benefit of easier realization of the set organizational goals as cost of labor will be lowered and performance being boosted through machine work replacing loads of human labor. Use of renewable energy resources is another factor that can enhance successful workplace for VMI where by the operations within this organization will remain eco friendly thus gaining acceptance of the government and the society in general. Change is a must for organizations that want to be at peace with the evolving markets either locally or globally. Change is not something that many people look up to, and many people are usually confined to the current working environments. Therefore, leaders must come up with ways of change management to be executed successfully for the betterment of the employees and that of the organization. There are effective ways of making changes in the organization and achieves better results. The first thing to do is to alter the approaches taken in approaching Change. Such would include altering the types of conversations, the behavioral models and the processes involved for getting things done (De Jong, Marston and Roth, 2015). As a manager, it would be good to find a proven process that will work for the organization, which considers the leaders, managers, and individual contributors' roles. Therefore, the best change process would include rigor on alignment, implementation and sustainment. Reduce the chances of resistance to change in the organization would be pretty practical if the change process starts from the executives (De Jong, Marston and Roth, 2015). In most cases, when the executive team is driving the organization's Change, they may or may not be impacted by it personally, but others will. In other words, let the executive become the Change that they want to see in others. Importance of Managing Change Once the change process has begun to take shape, it is essential to manage it for the organization's benefit.
