The human resource profession needs to define clear workplace policies that prevent discrimination in the workplace. This includes the employment of a competent top CEO that will efficiently run the organization. Embracing interviews is a critical aspect that human resource professionals should undertake to hire based on credibility, integrity, or competence. Through adverts and interviews, they can access CVs where they can conduct a strict background check regardless of age, race, gender, or ethnicity. Discrimination significantly impacts people from disadvantaged groups (Kunz et al., 2022). HR should have a soft spot for gender balance as a workplace policy and should be adhered to during employment. Question 2 Job analysis entails reporting pertinent information about the nature and specifications of a job, skill requirements, processes, and responsibilities to create an accurate job description. It gives employers the autonomy to select the right employer. It also gives the employees a picture of what is required and expected of them to determine if they fit the job description.
