Name Instructor Course Date Plan to Address Different Student Issues A plan is a simple schedule on how to implement interventions in a given situation that serves as the most viable remedy to the noted concern. In the current case scenario, it is evident that the seven students have different characteristics that threaten their academic success, thus the need to source potential remedies that ethically address the noted student issue. A successful plan needs to have clear goals to enhance the flow of its content and logical justifications for any proposed intervention. The current scenario demands simple interventions to address each student's noted concern. It is a plan that aims at enhancing good morals and shape students' character to fit into their academic life. As a teacher, the most viable resources at hand to address the students' issues are the teaching expertise, knowledge, skills, and experience with the noted students. Felipe M's case defines the boy as a threat to other students not because he is naughty or a bully but because he is too big to be in fifth grade, having confirmed his age as 18 months older than all other students in the class. Reports from classmate girls indicate that they are afraid of Felipe attributed to his bigness. Such fears can negatively affect Felipe academic performance upon realizing that his classmates do not accept him as one of their own. Felipe can isolate himself to enjoy peace of mind which can have adverse psychological effects in the long run. In order to ensure the other classmates accept Felipe as one of their own, it is imperative to foster social interactions among students throughout their learning and a topic on acceptance once a week. Social interactions in the classroom may happen through cooperative learning activities whereby the students engage in group discussion activities and play experiences to increase positive social interactions between all fifth group students.
