For instance, access to health services is a great challenge amongst Ugandans as its government faces challenges in providing equitable access to healthcare services. The challenge is worse in rural areas where poor infrastructure dominates and healthcare facilities are often lacking. Due to such limited access to healthcare, health inequalities register an upward trend with remote area populace struggling to receive timely medical attention raising the rates of preventable diseases as well as poor health outcomes. Uganda’s population distribution by age registers youngest population worldwide with most of its populace under the age of fifteen years. Such a youthful demographic presents public health challenges in relation to ensuring access to healthcare, education and employment opportunity with high fertility rates adding pressure to the already strained healthcare and social services. Unfortunately, Uganda public health landscape remains affected by its political instability and governance issues, Due to prolonged periods of conflict and political unrest, Ugandan healthcare delivery system remains disrupted impeding access to essential services. It is also open that political decision on healthcare funding and resource allocations trigger healthcare inequalities especially to the marginalized population. Since most of Ugandans rel
