Abstract
Ethical Dilemma in Project Management Regardless of my instructor’s attitude towards my plan, I misinterpreted his instructions which led to my poor time management. Following the company's training ethics, the plan work should have taken the normal working hours, not my leave time, and charged for it. To this effect, to solve the ethical dilemma, I need to edit the work and ensure that it fits the entitled time, and request my instructor to reconsider it. Sometimes, it is ethical to suffer minor consequences like re-editing my proposal rather than exaggerating the dilemma and losing my job in the long run.
