Cultivating Group Cohesion: Effective Welcoming Strategies for Anxiety Reduction

Question 1 Notably, having a good connection with the group is relatively important. In this case, having a good approach in welcoming each member of the group will go a long way in helping solve the whole process and improve the cohesion of the group. In welcoming the group members, I will first introduce myself formally and then request each member to introduce themselves by name and residence.
