Abstract
In my own opinion over the years of learning from others and playing sports I've learned great leaders don't try to be leaders especially. The great ones really try to teach others and lead by example. I feel when people try to hard to be a leader they become selfish but whenever your perspective is to better others including yourself. That's when you can become a great leader. Democratic/participative is my favorite topic in this article. It really seems like what a great leader is. They not only want to better themselves but better the people around them and the company. It's the type of leader that gives others a voice and the people feel like they're heard that are the most successful. Being a selfish leader will more than likely not better the people around you or accomplish what you're trying to get done. Working together and teaching others like a democratic/participative leader does will help the team accomplish it's goal. The article applies to everything in the world. Raising a family, sports and business. It really applies to a company because if you want to better the company and the employees around you need to be successful as well. If you're really good at what you do teaching others around you and bettering their way at figuring out how to accomplish work related stuff will help everyone.Β 10 common leadership Styles (plus how to find your own).
