Cultivating customers is best realized by forming intimate contact with them and their employees to understand their business and problems. Upon implementing practical strategies that can enhance customer relationships, Easy Chair will achieve customer trust and loyalty. The organization fears its hampering due to limited physical contact with the global customers. Communication serves as an active approach through which Easy Chair customers will feel and remain engaged and updated on all services and products of Easy Chair. Exceeding expectations play a significant role in ensuring that customers find value for their money upon purchasing a product (Week 5 Reading, 2021). Easy Chair must promise the customers that their products have value additions through creativity and innovations to allow for a lasting relationship with them (Agbor, 2008). Connecting is best expressed through communication to understand the customerβs needs to formulate solutions introduction of satisfying products at all times. Showing appreciation best defines the worth of a customer excellently.
