Abstract

Title: Date of Submission: APOPTOSIS SIGNALING PATHWAY Figure 1: Image representation of the cell apoptosis signaling pathway Apoptosis signaling pathway of the normal human cell displays two biological pathway systems to finally achieve the full stage. First, it employs the use of extrinsic signaling which is quite crucial at the initial stage of the cell process. Extrinsic signaling takes place through a series of functional death receptors that spontaneously spiral into the final stage of death inducing cells. The second pathway employed by the cell is the intrinsic signaling which considers signals through mitochondria to eventually form apoptosome. Basic scientific study illustrates that the term apoptosis was first designed to describe a unique form of cell death that would actively involve a unique gene-dependent, orderly, and cell disintegration process. In essence, a combination of this strategic moves would come in place as illustrated in the figure above until the cell has attained a full rest position in the body system. Based on the current biological model, apoptosis is accepted widely as an essential life process of the cell especially when dealing with metazoan animals. Essentially, it is quite critical when it comes to the active formation of functional organs and tissues within the human body. The process would gradually traverse from a tender stage of active cell division to eventually attain a maturity stage where there is very little chance that the cells in question would eventually die. Part of the biological process involved is spontaneous mutation of the tissues in question to ensure that they generate active cell joints during the process, which would make it difficult to die unless specific aspects of life that may include physical harm.
