Major symptoms include trouble in urinating, decreased force in the stream of urine, bloody urine, bloody semen, bone pain, loss of weight without trying and erectile dysfunction. Major diagnosis approaches to prostate cancer include prostate biopsy, prostate-specific antigen test (PSA), Digital rectal examination (DRE), and MRI scan. Expectant management, watchful waiting, Radical prostatectomy and therapies are the most effective ways to manage and treat prostate cancer.
