Abstract

Institutional Affiliation 5th April 2021 Anger Management Activity (Role-Playing) Role-playing different circumstances can enlighten teen members about important anger management skills. The viewers will determine the way of handling the anger-provoking circumstance and at the same time, role players will gain knowledge of how to manage their emotions (Rana, 2021). The main point of the role playing activity is to train members on how to handle anger through an inspired way. Role-playing works in distinctive steps. First, the group must be divided into two role players and observers. Second, the role players will do a comedy sketch based on the reality that triggered their anger issue. Third, the role players should be introduced to the play for the purpose of having an idea of what to say without memorizing (Rana, 2021). Fourth, one of the role players has to take the part of oppressor to act in a certain way that could trigger the other role player. Fifth, the other player should take the part of a victim where they respond to the oppressor and at the same time notice their own reaction after being misunderstood (Rana, 2021). Lastly, the viewers are supposed to take notes. Conclusively, the viewers will exchange their notes and determine the best way of how the circumstance should have been handled. Transformative leadership style is suitable for role playing as an anger management activity. Teenagers needs a transformational leader using techniques that concentrate on assisting them become leaders themselves as they act as example to stimulate, challenge and inspire team members (Duggan, 2021). This style will motivate the teenage members to be thoughtful and creatively seek methods of handling their problems.
