The technology has provided tools that make it easier for organizations to automate key processes and improve customers’ satisfaction. Business leaders in the retail sector in the Bahamas have to embrace the changes in technology and how they impact consumer experiences to align their organizations with developments in the industry (Orengo-Serra, 2024). A key feature in the technology age is the capacity of organizations to collect, analyze, and use data to make business decisions. AI offers retailers access to data on consumer purchasing patterns and improves the tracking of inventory to enhance decision-making processes. Consequently, it is critical for retailers in the Bahamas to consider how AI is changing the business environment in the Caribbean and globally through optimization, cost management, and supply chain management (Charles, 2025).
