I believe effective communication at workplace serves as strong pillars to a quicker realization of the set organizational goals and vice-versa. According to (Week 2 readings, 2021), workplace communication serves to exchange ideas and information from one worker to the other within the organization. Effectiveness in the workplace communication process only occurs when the communicators have defined the ability to convey information accurately and efficiently. Unfortunately, though a leader, Josh does not express such abilities while communicating his great ideas to the workers, which hinder his potentials to translate vision into reality at Easy Chair thus cause for alarm. To address the on-going problem, I believe it is best to consider lee Iacocca's advice on the merits of ensuring a potentially effective communicating leader within an organization. Iacocca argues that "you can have brilliant ideas, but if you can't get them across, your ideas won't get you anywhere." Effective communication, therefore, remains as the only remedy to the noted team complaints within Easy Chair. Having a word with the teams will offer you a clear insight into what problems they encounter with Josh. On the other hand, facing Josh and communicating with him will offer a clear understanding of his communicating inabilities while addressing and delegating roles to Easy Chair workers. After hearing the story from both sides, making the right decision on the best ways to address the on-going problem will become defined. It is essential to note that both parties will feel contented to spit all that is in their hearts, which offers a robust platform to formulating future strategies/plans to minimise or avoid a repeat of such a problem within organizations (Schilling,
