International Logistics Services (ILS) has acquired a new warehouse in Australia as part of its expansion plan to the market. The facility will accommodate changes in the organization to match the growing market for warehousing services for its consumers. Since the warehouse has issues that will affect the triple bottom line strategy for ILS, it is necessary to conduct improvements that will align the facility with its operational goals. The project team has identified challenges that affect the profits, people, and the planet goals for the organization and it will update the facility to match the standards of the organization (Salhieh & Alswaer, 2022). The current project scope document identifies the scope for the project, the deliverables and acceptance criteria, the limitations and boundaries, and the change control process for the Walmart project. Scope Description ILS has acquired a new warehouse in Australia that will facilitate the expansion of the company’s operations in the country.
