What do you think about racism in the United States? for many years, I have always had an interest in studying the concept of racial discrimination. Every day I hear complaints of segregation of the people of color, which puts me in this unknown aspect. The concept of racial discrimination is broad and entails a lot of controversies. Various authors have different opinions on the concept of racial discrimination. How many white people have the police killed in the United States? the numbers do not compare to what we hear daily in the news. I believe by this analogy that there exists discrimination of the minority groups. This concept of discrimination has put me under pressure to research the upcoming issues concerning this analogy. The various perspectives voiced out in my sources include; how ethnic-racial socialization shapes racial discrimination, health crisis due to racial discrimination, the prevalence of racial discrimination, the reckoning of histories of medical history and violence, and the sociology of discrimination. My sources on these topics include articles from PubMed and journals on experimentation and survey. On the issue of George Floyd, the police operation in Minnesota puts me in a dilemma on structural racism. Racist police violence indicates racist discrimination in the US. Being black is prone to susceptibility to criminal allegations. I have had friends who have been stopped on the road because of driving a smart car and questioned. The marginalized are put down in society by the place. This has led me to gunner information from various sources on the linkage between race crime and discrimination. The history of the United States with racism is undying, and every day flourishes with new stories. I have witnessed anti-racism protests and the killing of people of color for no reason. Social discrimination is prevalent in American society. My source alludes that employment is attributed to race and inequality; the minority are segregated from good housing and discriminated against accessing justice. When imprisoned, their Ids are attached to their criminal record, and they cannot work to serve their needs in society. This puts them to engage in criminal activities and immorality in society. Racial discrimination contributes to the immorality of young individuals. Other sources refute the claim on the existence of racial discrimination on a major scale.
