Personal Narrative 12th 11 23

Aligning my values, philosophy, knowledge of social issues and professional and community experience with social work profession is of great relevance in enhancing success and a fulfilling career in child care field. Dealing with children is both exciting and demanding thus the need to have a big heart of love and tenderness. Unlike adults that can understand what it takes to be in a certain situation, children have no such potentials thus dealing with them demands special attention and focus to help them understand the meaning of their current situations as well as making them understand their worth and life purpose regardless of any situation. Love surpasses all other virtues as through love every situation becomes interesting thus attending children with love makes my social engagements with them lively, fun and impactful. It is through love that I am able to remain at ease while dealing with children making them feel comfortable and ready to face life with vigour and optimism. My love for kids helps me relate with them just like one of them and with such an approach I am able to get a lot from them which in return help me understand the most appropriate strategies to employ to help them and make them feel better in their lives.
