I felt privileged after receiving this leadership interview report instruction as they gave me an opportunity to interview a person I have always held so dear in my heart. Pam Butt is my Auntie and I have always seen her as a leaders having served as a teacher for the District of Chicago Public Schools and my mentor for a very long time. I strongly believe that my Auntie exemplifies leadership through her strong dedication to education as well as community service.
